I’m a director, character creator and world imagineer.

I’m Leigh Pearce, an illustrator, world builder and creative director with over 25 years of experience. I create characters and universes that bring ideas to life, solve creative challenges and make stories memorable.

For eight years, I co-ran Lolly, an animation studio, where I led the creative direction, vision and character development. Working with a production partner, I helped turn complex briefs into clear, character-driven projects for clients including Fanta, Discord and the World Health Organisation.

I specialise in transforming concepts into cohesive worlds across animation, gaming and original IP, using creativity to clarify ideas and deliver work that connects.
